Living with cancer can feel overwhelming; our new Macmillan Social Prescribing Project is here to help.

This service offers up to 8 weeks of personalised, compassionate support, helping individuals connect with their local community, access relevant services, and improve their wellbeing. Through guided conversations and a Holistic Needs Assessment, HNA, (a simple conversation to explore your needs and priorities), we work together to identify what matters most to each person – whether it’s emotional support, practical help, or opportunities to feel more connected. Our goal is to ensure no one faces cancer alone, and everyone has access to the right support at the right time.
