Lewisham Social Prescribing Network

The Social Prescribing Network is chaired by Community Connections Lewisham and is an opportunity for all the Social Prescribers across Lewisham to come together and share best practice, learn from one another and discuss support and services available in Lewisham.

The Network meets quarterly, deciding together at the beginning of each financial year what topics they would like to discuss. Our own team then arranges for experts to speak at each session on those chosen topics. Previous topics have included Mental Health, Employability, Advice Services and Housing.

The Network also has an online Teams channel, allowing members to ask questions and share new information quickly and easily.
