We are asking if the team want to continue with the reflective practice.

The sessions will be every 6-8 weeks with Steph and if they continue they will be mandatory.

The reason is if it is not mandatory, and more of a drop in, then there is a risk that very few people will turn up, and in the case of illness or leave, potentially no one turning up and it would not be a fair use of Steph's time.
