We hope that these posts will keep you ahead of the curve, give you ideas about what to include in your fundraising bids, support strategic planning, understand funder priorities and stimulate discussion about how all of this relates to Lewisham.
We will also give some of our fundraising ideas and provide a deep dive into themes and areas that you would like us to focus on to help you and your organisation thrive.
After each weekly topic we will also showcase three featured funders that can support organisations in Lewisham. In addition to this week’s three featured funders we have a special focus on summer funding opportunities for groups, working with older people, women and girls, young people and digital engagement
Although some of these reports reflect the challenges facing the charity sector, which can sometimes seem all doom and gloom, we hope to create some optimism by showing how challenges can be flipped into opportunities!
